Wanderlust was founded by Nadine, who brings over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She initially established Bloom Consultancy Services Limited in 2012, which was rebranded in 2022 as Wanderlust Creative Events and Production Agency. Having worked for many years with some of Malta’s leading hotels, Nadine offers unrivalled expertise in event planning, organisation and Film production co-ordination.

I’m driven by a passion for delivering exceptional value to clients while ensuring they enjoy the journey along the way. Cheerful, curious, and always eager to learn, I bring energy and insight to everything I do.
I studied Hotel Management at the Institute of Tourism Studies in Malta and have lived and worked in both Malta and London. My career began at the iconic Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge, London—a true gem of the Savoy Group. Returning to Malta, I joined the Island Hotels Group and later Corinthia Hotels & Resorts, gaining 17 years of experience across hotel operations, sales, marketing, and event management.
I’ve also had the opportunity to design and launch corporate programs in Portugal, Tripoli, Hungary, and the Czech Republic. Before founding Wanderlust, I served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for three leading five-star hotels in Malta: Corinthia Palace Hotel & Spa, Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay, and Marina Hotel.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to enjoy countless incredible experiences—each one shaping my approach to creating memorable, valuable, and joyful experiences for clients.
I’ve been with Wanderlust nearly from the very beginning, and I absolutely love being part of a fun, creative team that brings meetings, events and film productions to life. When I’m not working (What?! When?!), you’ll find me traveling, spending time with family, or soaking up the sun as a sailing and beach enthusiast.
I began my career in tourism 25 years ago at the 5-star Corinthia Hotel & Spa, gaining experience across all areas of sales and marketing, including event management and operations. At Wanderlust, I coordinate office activities and operations, ensuring efficiency, policy compliance, accounting, and administration.
I’ve had hands-on experience in every part of event management, and one of my favorite parts of the job is being onsite, supporting the team and helping bring our projects to life.
I cannot speak highly enough of Nadine, both personally and professionally. It was a delight working with her, and an equal delight just to get to know her. She truly made our experience on the island an absolute pleasure, and Mr. Hanks and I could not have been happier with the level of service provided.
